    General information: offers 24 months warranty on all products. The warranty begins with the date of purchase (invoice) of the product.

    All our products come with a warranty of 24 months. The warranty offered by us does not reduce the statutory warranty.

    Charles Owen’s products are manufactured to the legal quality standard for production, management and service. Despite the great care given to the production of the products, the quality can not be satisfactory. You can enforce warranty conditions if the product is clearly defective or defective. The warranty is voided if the product is used incorrectly.

    Charles Owens helmets can be exchanged or returned within 14 days. This period expires after you receive the products. You can also sign your return within 14 days. You will receive 14 days from the date of registration to return the product. It is important that the product is complete and in its original packaging (if possible).
